Meet Our Service Team

MAX GREEN
Max graduated from a local high school in 1974 and immediately enlisted in the US Air Force. He retired from the service after spending 20 years as a flight line technician. In 1994 he took a line service position with the predecessor to Signal at the Lebanon Municipal Airport and has stayed on since. In 2000 Max was promoted to the position of Line Service Manager. Max has over 30 years of professional aviation experience dealing directly with all facets of ramp operations. If you need it, he knows how to get it!
Jackie Sherwin
Jackie joined the Signal Aviation team in January of 2007. She brings 9 + years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist and Instructor with AT&T to her new position as Customer Service Supervisor. Jackie has always had a great enthusiasm for aviation and is excited to combine this with her customer service expertise. She has already earned qualification as an Exxon Mobile Customer Service Attendant. A graduate of UMass Dartmouth with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree she pursues her creative side through her photography. In her spare time she enjoys time with her horses.
RAY REED
Ray Reed worked in Upper Valley radio for over 30 years before joining us here at Signal Aviation. In a short time he distinguished himself as one of our very best Customer Service Representatives. Ray's broad smile, quick wit and knack for service consistently earn him recognition as one of the top 10% FBO customer service representatives in the nation.
